Welcome to Power Pipeline!

.... Developing Emerging Women Leaders since 1996

Purpose

Power Pipeline provides a positive conduit between generations, connecting emerging women with established leaders to create a power-filled flow of proven strategies and encouragement that can help in navigating the long path of professional and personal success.

Power Pipeline is designed for the woman who is

  • Being seen by others as a high potential, emerging woman,
  • Balancing increasing responsibilities in all areas of her life, and
  • Stepping into her potential and ready to move forward.

Program Structure

Power Pipeline brings emerging women leaders together from across Texas and the US for an intensive two and one-half day retreat experience, beginning over lunch on Friday and concluding at noon the following Sunday. Participants stay as a group in the host hotel enjoying daytime and dinner activities that are augmented by small group discussions and ample time for invaluable reflection, free from work and personal obligations.

Established women leaders, who serve as weekend mentors and guides, join the retreat during key moments to dialogue and share in both formal and informal sessions that maximize learning opportunities and authentic discussions. Through expert presentations, one-on-one exchanges, small group activities and facilitated programming, the perfect environment for clear-headed thinking, short and long-term goal setting, action planning, and the expansion of strategic relationships is created.
