Welcome to Power Pipeline - Mentoring Emerging Women Leaders

Power Pipeline Logo

Created in 1996, Power Pipeline, a program of the Foundation for Women’s Resources, offers a unique opportunity to connect with mentors and a diverse mix of emerging women leaders in an informal setting.

In 1996, the Foundation began reaching back even further into the pipeline of emerging women leaders when it launched the Power Pipeline - a weekend goal-setting and mentoring opportunity for women leaders, chosen from across the US.

Purpose

Power Pipeline was created to provide emerging women leaders with the opportunity to interact with and learn from experienced women leaders. It supports the Foundation’s goal of advancing and improving the personal, economic and professional status of women by inspiring new generations of women to make an impact in their communities.

Program Structure

Each year, through its Power Pipeline program, the Foundation for Women’s Resources invites a select group of emerging women leaders to spend a weekend sharing experiences and building relationships with each other and with established leaders from the Foundation for Women's Resources, Leadership Texas alumnae and other accomplished women leaders.

The program is designed as a casual weekend seminar that offers both presentations and ample one-on-one exchanges between participants and mentors.

Cost

The tuition cost for Power Pipeline is $750, which includes all onsite expenses - conference materials, accommodations for two nights and meals). Participants are responsible for transportation expenses to and from the conference. Partial tuition scholarships are available.
